Everything, the location was awesome, the price is affordable, for midtown Manhattan, and the personnel is extremely kind. You will like you are at home. We had a nice apartment, with a kitchen and two rooms, and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the window is awesome. There is one great receptionist Hector, although they are all very kind, he was a real champ on our last day there.

It was great to have a 1 bedroom apartment in NYC. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious for New York. The staff were outstandingly friendly and welcoming.

We loved everything! I was hesitant as I read some of the reviews but that was not our experience. From our fabulous 1 bedroom apartment with balcony with amazing views, lovely lobby, great rooftop bar, fabulous staff to perfect location. But what made our trip the best, was the staff. Everyone who worked there was exceptional…kind, helpful, professional and made you feel like you were returning home! A big thank you to Hector for making our stay for hubby’s birthday special…as we loved the room! The location is brilliant…easy to walk to all the sights but lovely to get back to a quieter location! We will most certainly stay here again!

The front desk staff is excellent and ready to lend a hand with luggage storage or delivery to the room, an extra towel request, or hailing a cab. I enjoyed the room layout and fully stocked kitchen as far as plates, utensil, coffee pot with coffee supplied, and a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable and the living room/dining room are fine and include a desk area. The bathroom is great too and could only use an extra light. There is a walk in closet with a safe. Windows can be opened for fresh air, too. The room is cleaned once during your stay but you can always ask for clean towels or request an extra cleaning for a small fee. The neighborhood is wonderful with three Italian restaurants close by and a 24 hour deli next door that has a terrific selection. At the Beekman Tower you feel safe and relaxed. I had an 8 night stay and would like to express my gratitude to the staff for all the kindness and attention shown to me and my family.

We had two rooms on the 20th floor. Likes: location, views, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen, shower products, good WIFI, great TV set, roof top bar, gym, friendly staff, several shops less than a block away for supplies. Room for improvement: bed a little noisy, dressers and curtains look a little old, no full length mirror in either of the rooms. Considering most days we only got to our rooms to sleep these details didn’t make any difference to our stay. I would recommend Beekman towers to anybody travelling to NYC, and I would most definitely stay there again.

This hotel is a great choice for guests who appreciate spacious rooms and the option to prepare meals/enjoy breakfast in the room. A big plus was the 24/7 Deli located right below the building- very tasty breakfast bagels! ;-) Since we stayed on the 9th floor, the view wasn’t particularly special, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. We also liked that the area around 1st Avenue is relatively quiet — perfect for pleasant walks to the heart of Manhattan, while still offering a peaceful place to return to at night. Although the hotel is a bit worn in places, the overall impression was positive. If you have similar expectations to ours, we definitely recommend it, as the balance between price and quality was just right. Friendly staff.

The location was incredible, away from a lot of light and noise but a super close walk to coffee shops, the subway, grand central, and has a 24 hour convenience store/ grille one door down. The view was beautiful too. The staff (specifically Herbierto) were very kind, energetic, and helpful. The gym was equipped, clean, and always stocked with fresh towels. Also VERY spacious for New York! We'd stay again for a group of 4-5, it was the perfect size, view, and location.
